In brief: Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days of delivery. We provide a prepaid label and charge no restocking fee.

Return window and eligibility

Before you send an item

Contact Menoffice within 30 calendar days after delivery to request a return. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and include its original accessories and supplied parts. We also help with items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, missing parts, or materially different from the product description.

Tell us the order number, affected item, and the issue; photos may help us resolve damage or incorrect delivery. Do not send an item to our mailing address. We will provide the correct return instructions and destination after reviewing the request.

Return shipping and exchanges

For eligible returns, Menoffice pays return shipping and provides a prepaid return label. We do not charge a restocking fee. We do not offer exchanges; return the eligible item and place a new order if you want a different item. An item returned without approval or outside the provided instructions may require further review.

Refunds and cancellations

For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

We will let you know when we receive and inspect a return and whether it is approved. If an order is canceled before shipment, a refund is initiated promptly to the original payment method; the return-inspection clock does not apply to an unshipped order. If we cannot ship within the stated time, you may accept a new time or cancel for a prompt refund.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law.
