Before you submit an order

Checkout is the source of truth

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The checkout displays the order total, any applicable tax, and shipping charges before you submit the order. Standard Shipping within our stated U.S. service area is free without a minimum, subject to the address and option actually available at checkout.

Use only payment methods actually offered by checkout for your order. A method shown in site artwork or a payment icon is not a promise that it is enabled for every order. Availability can depend on the device, address, currency, and checkout eligibility. Menoffice is the seller of the goods; any payment processor is a service provider, not the seller.

Authorization, security and failed payments

A payment authorization or temporary hold may appear before a final charge. If checkout rejects a payment, review the details with your payment provider or choose another method shown there. If you think you were charged twice, contact us with your order details so we can investigate.

We may use fraud-prevention checks and may request limited information needed to verify an order. We will never ask by email for a full card number, CVV, password, or one-time code, and we do not require off-site personal transfers or cryptocurrency payments. We do not sell subscriptions or automatic renewals in this catalog.

Refunds

For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. See the Refund Policy for eligibility and return steps.
